World War I Reproduction French Linen Bourgeron Work Jacket was the main work wear jacket for the French Army for roughly 50 years. An iconic piece of work wear besides its non stylish fit of large and oversized as it was designed to be worn over the normal French Army uniform. The Bourgeron is a mix between an over shirt and a jacket includes cuffed one piece sleeves, button front, pleated and belt across the back and is made out of linen. Button options are surplus French Army Metal buttons or reproduction period civilian style metal buttons[the French Army buttons are not reproduced] This bourgeon is based off both details of originals and details from French Army documents. Available in chest sizes 34-46(in inches measured around the largest part of your chest). If you have any questions on sizing or measuring please send me a message.
