Reproduction of the World War I British Army Soldiers Greyback shirt. This was the shirt issued to every British soldier during the War. This shirt is reproduced from a period tailors draft and original shirts. Details include bib front, early war style cuff, striped cotton collar and metal buttons. The shirt is made from 100% wool flannel and comes in both dark grey[as pictured] and gray as was common with the original shirts.
Every item made on this website are handmade by me. I do the entire process from beginning to the end. I select all fabric, draft every pattern, and sew every item. Due to the time involved in this process since most every item is made to order it is a time consuming process. Depending on my work load it can take upwards of 1 to 2 months depending on the garment made. I work to get the finished product to you as quickly as possible.
