This French Indigo Dyed Musette Utility Bag is a recreation is a common everyday utility bag used by the French in the 1930s and 1940s. This bag is recreated from measurements of an original and incorporating details of the original. The bag material is linen and the bag is dyed by hand [by me] in a real indigo vat.
